Performer
Recitalist, orchestral soloist, chamber musician, orchestral flutist… I love doing it all!
Teacher
I have a vibrant studio at the University of Northern Iowa, a small private studio of serious middle and high school students, and enjoy visiting other collegiate studios as a guest clinician.
Presenter
In addition to traditional flute master classes, I give workshops and presentations on a wide range of topics, including practicing, performing for a recording studio microphone, and research on specific works for flute.
Advocate
I am passionate about sharing great new pieces for flute and discovering forgotten gems from earlier eras. I especially love collaborating with composers to bring new works to life!
